Simon Doull is a former New Zealand fast bowler who showed promise in his swing bowling but his career was cut short due to consistent injuries and back problems. 

In 1998, Doull picked up his career-best figure of 7/65 in the first innings against India and in the second innings picked up 2/49. He fell short one wicket to get his first ever ten-wicket haul but Doull was awarded the Man of the Match as New Zealand won by four wickets at Wellington.
