The Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2020 is scheduled to begin on Thursday (February 20), which means that cricket fans would want to know what time is the opening ceremony and what will be the timing of the matches.

Fret no more as Geo Super, in this post below, will address all your queries regarding PSL 2020 timings.

The opening ceremony of PSL 2020 will take place at the National Stadium in Karachi on Thursday at around 6:45pm. While that is the official timing, beware that PSL matches have a history of missing their official starting time.

The tournament will see as many as 350 artists including Abrar-ul-Haq, Aima Baig, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Sajjad Ali, Sanam Marvi and rock band Soch perform at the opening ceremony.

After the star-studded opening ceremony, there will be time enough for just a single match. That fixture will be between defending champions Quetta Gladiators and two-time winners Islamabad United.

The toss for the match will be held at 8:30pm, while play is scheduled to begin at 9pm. The operating word being “scheduled” as tardiness is a bit of a problem with PCB-organised events.

We’re replugging the entire tournament’s schedule below in case you want to take a look:
