The Opta Power Rankings has updated their rankings of the best football clubs around the world till December 19, 2023.

According to the rankings, the current Champions League winners Manchester City hold the top spot with a 100 rating while Real Madrid stand at second with a 97.9 rating.

Bayern Munich, Inter Milan and Arsenal hold the next three spots. Surprisingly, Barcelona (12) and Juventus (13) - have dropped their rankings and are now out of the top 10.

The Opta Power Rankings are a worldwide team rating system that allocates an ability score to over 13,000 domestic football teams, ranging from zero to 100. Zero denotes the poorest-ranked team globally, while 100 signifies the finest team in the world.
