It looks like Babar Azam can do no wrong in England’s T20 Blast these days. The Pakistan batsman followed up his 29-ball 44 on Friday with another superb 42-ball 63 on Saturday against Glamorgan.

The highlight of his man-of-the-match innings was this superb shot with stylish follow through that flew straight back over the bowler’s head for a six.

Babar now has 541 runs in 11 T20 Blast matches at an average of 60.11 and strike rate of 152.39. The next batsman on the chart is more than a 100 runs shy of Babar’s tally.

He is also the first and only Pakistan batsman to ever score more than 500 runs in a single T20 tournament, according to sports reporter Faizan Lakhani.
