KARACHI: Pakistan all-format skipper Babar Azam has said he couldn't have asked more from his "superstars" after Pakistan secured an easy win in the series-decider to clinch the 50-over series against Australia at the Gaddafi Stadium Lahore.

Pakistan, on Saturday, outclassed the touring party after an excellent display of skill and talent from the hosts' batters and bowlers.

After bowling out the Aussies for 210 in 41.2 overs, Pakistan's top-order put on a show to chase the paltry target, thanks to a sensational century from Babar and a half-century from Imam-ul-Haq.

The skipper took to Twitter to laud his side's performance and also extended gratitude to the fans for their massive support.

"A historic series win for Pakistan. Couldn't have asked for more from my pack of superstars. Excellent performances from Imam-ul-Haq, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Haris Rauf.

"To all our fans, thank you so much for your massive support," he added.

Pakistan will clash with Australia in the one-off T20I on Tuesday at the Gaddafi Stadium Lahore.
