Tables were turned on July 10 and fans from both sides of the border took to social media and expressed their respective emotions towards the astonishing turn of events during the India vs New Zealand World Cup semi-final.

The Black Caps brought the biggest shock to Indian fans as they reduced the Men in Blue to 24-4, with both openers Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul, as well as captain Virat Kohli gone before any of them could score more than just one run.

As always, Twitter blew up with the reactions of fans who showed no mercy in trolling the Indian team.

New Zealand indeed gave Pakistan a lot to be grateful for.

ICC wanted in on the drama too.

Pakistan-India cricket rivalry is still very much alive.

ESPNcricinfo also joined the bandwagon.

Indian fans had possibly the same reaction towards what just happened.

Is this really a score from a 50-over cricket World Cup game?

Oops, he did it again.

Maybe the Indian batsmen had short term memory loss and didn't realise they're playing a World Cup semi-final?

Well...

Pakistan champ Babar Azam, who scored a match-winning century against the same team, was offered to coach the Indian batting line-up.

This might just be the end of their World Cup journey.

Well Karma does play its part.

People wondered whether they have a good back up option?

Did those wickets really fall off that easily?

Pakistani fans were happy they left with dignity.

Rebirth of a forgotten meme on a whole new level.

It's nothing short of a miracle for New Zealand.

Pakistani fans' new hero.
